International Study Connections was founded in 2023 in the United Kingdom, by Maria Luisa Moreno, and in 2025 added a new partner, Mr. Edson Cruz, to expand student connections in Angola, with Mr. Sebastião Joaquim Ndebela Cassule , legal representative in Angola.
